Jonathan Wiesblatt has spent the last 20-plus years working in the North American capital markets and financial services industry.  He started his career as a sell-side equity research analyst covering several sectors including consumer, software and technology, commodities, and special situations.  Jonathan has established a successful investment track record as a Portfolio Manager across several different investment vehicles including a multi-strategy hedge fund, a long only Canadian mutual fund at one of Canada’s largest independent alternative asset managers, and a mix of assets at one of Canada’s largest Family Offices.  More recently Jonathan has co-founded several technology companies, raising significant amounts of capital in private and public markets and has held positions on the advisory board and board of directors for several private and public corporations.   Additionally, Jonathan has experience as a Chief Executive Officer for several publicly traded companies.  Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and holds several investment management designations.
