Alex DeVito is an investment banking professional with a background spanning entrepreneurship, TMT, and Healthcare & Life Sciences. He began his career by building three businesses over six years, two of which were in the Technology sector, before moving into investment banking. He worked in London on TMT mandates and later at Landmark Ventures in New York, where he advised ESG and Technology clients. He subsequently supported M&A strategy for a private healthcare group before joining Young America Capital, where he focused on transactions across gene and RNA-based therapies, protein biologics, fertility and reproductive health, regenerative biomaterials, medical devices, and diagnostics.

Alex is now with Goldmark Advisers, supporting M&A and equity raises across TMT and Healthcare & Life Sciences. He earned an M.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Global Business from Fordham University and holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
